St. Teresa of Calcutta Mass Intention Form

Families can request up to three 2021 Masses per Form. The suggested Mass stipend is $10 per Mass.

The specific date and Mass time requests are available on a first come-first serve basis. Our Office Staff will contact you by phone if the date(s) you have requested is/are not available, and will work with you to choose another date. Kindly advice for each Mass below if you would like us to mail you a Mass card or just a written confirmation that the Mass was reserved.
